To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. However, emergency cases always receive top priority, which is why even scheduled appointments may occasionally be delayed. Please realize we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. New Clients
If you are new to Northpointe Veterinary Hospital, you can speed up your check-in by printing and filling out the downloadable form below. It provides us with your contact info and your pet’s medical history. New Client Form (PDF)
Drops-offs
You can bring in your pet at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for the day. Usually we will ask you to arrive sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and give you discharge instructions. Drop-off appointments are available for established clients only.

Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are provided. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and the Care Credit payment plan.
