We provide a safe, climate-controlled indoor environment while your pet is our guest. And you will have comfort of knowing that our staff is always on site, and our veterinarians are immediately available. All pets are provided with an individual kennel enclosure or feline condo that is cleaned frequently. For a stress-free stay, separate areas are provided for our canine and feline guests. Your pet will never be placed in the same compartment as another pet unless you request that yours be kept together. Dogs are exercised outside in our enclosed yard at least twice daily.
Meals
We offer all of our boarding guests Hill’s Science Diet for breakfast and dinner.
Vaccination Requirements
For the safety of all our boarders, immunizations must be up to date on every pet. If your pet has been vaccinated at a facility other than Northpointe Veterinary Hospital, please bring proof of these immunizations when you check in. If your pet is not current, we can provide vaccination services at the time of admission, but the best time to administer vaccination updates is 10-14 days before boarding begins.
Reservations
We recommend that reservations be made in advance, to ensure that space will be available. A 50% deposit will be required to hold boarding reservations during Holiday periods.
Check-In Procedure
Our boarding facility has the same hours of operation as the hospital. At check-in, a staff member will have you fill out a Boarding Authorization that will provide us with important information such as a contact person and emergency phone number, feeding instructions, medication instructions, etc. To save time, this form can be printed and filled out in advance of your visit: Boarding Form
